MODELL Yb Jr - copper frying pan 22 cm

Like its larger counterpart, the MODELL Yb Jr is recognisable by its unique hammered, copper finish together with stainless steel details. It matches perfectly with the other pans within the MJÖLNER range.On the inside, MODELL Yb Jr is entirely fitted with brushed stainless steel and this makes the heating rate spread quickly and perfectly. It also features an innovative PFAS-free coating that we call Froststick.

The thin, PFAS- and PFOA-free non-stick coating ensures beautiful baking results and easy cleaning . This combined with aluminium core as an intermediate layer makes the heating speed spread perfectly evenly. A heat distribution in perfection. Simple and natural cooking.

MODELL Yb Jr can be used for cooking on all heat sources including induction, gas, glass ceramic, enamel or in the oven and is dishwasher safe. Moreover, it is 100% dishwasher-safe for ultimate convenience.

Note: Copper is a natural product and will discolour with use, as copper naturally oxidises. To maintain the original colour and shine, we recommend copper polish.
