MODELL Xb is part of our iconic ARVET series. Recognisable by its unique hammered, matt black finish together with brass details.
On the inside, MODELL Xb is entirely fitted with brushed stainless steel and this makes the heating speed spread quickly and perfectly. It also features an innovative PFAS-free coating we call Froststick.
Froststick coating - A real gamechanger. A coating that refutes everything you thought about coatings. Free of PFAS and provides a perfect frying surface. This combined with aluminium core as an intermediate layer makes the heating speed spread perfectly evenly. A heat distribution in perfection. Simple and natural cooking.
MODELL Xb can be used for cooking on all heat sources such as induction, gas, glass ceramic, enamel or in the oven and is dishwasher safe.
