MODELL Lb - brass frying pan

MODELL Lb is part of our iconic BRASSA series and pairs perfectly with other models in Vargen & Thor's BRASSA series: MEYA and ELIS.

On the inside, MODELL Lb is entirely fitted with brushed stainless steel and this makes the heating speed spread quickly and perfectly. It also features an innovative PFAS-free coating we call Froststick.

Froststick coating - A real gamechanger. A coating that refutes everything you thought about coatings. Free of PFAS and provides a perfect frying surface. This combined with aluminium core as an intermediate layer makes the heating speed spread perfectly evenly. A heat distribution in perfection. Simple and natural cooking.

MODELL Lb can be used for cooking on all heat sources such as induction, gas, glass ceramic, enamel or in the oven and is dishwasher safe.
