Our MJÖLNER series has become an icon among professionals and amateurs alike. Recognisable by its unique hammered, copper finish together with stainless steel details.
This MJÖLNER.1 set consists of:
1 x VERA 1 litre saucepan (1.6L to the brim)
1 x MIRANDA 4 lter pan (4.5L to the brim)
1 x MODELL Y 28cm frying pan (with Froststick coating)
The interior of the pans is fully lined with brushed stainless steel. The combination of an aluminium core as the middle layer and an exterior made of real copper ensures optimal heating speed and evenness. PFAS free and perfect heat distribution.
All pans can be used for cooking on all heat sources, including induction, gas, glass ceramic, enamel and are dishwasher safe.
Note: Copper is a natural product and will discolour with use, as copper naturally oxidises. To maintain the original colour and shine, we recommend copper polish.
