MODELL Y - copper frying pan

MODELL Y is part of our iconic MJÖLNER series. Recognisable by its unique hammered, copper finish together with stainless steel details.

On the inside, MODELL Y is entirely fitted with brushed stainless steel and this makes the heating speed spread quickly and perfectly. It also features an innovative PFAS-free coating we call Froststick.

Froststick coating - A real gamechanger. A coating that refutes everything you thought about coatings. Free of PFAS and provides a perfect frying surface. This combined with aluminium core as an intermediate layer makes the heating speed spread perfectly evenly. A heat distribution in perfection. Simple and natural cooking.

MODELL Y can be used for cooking on all heat sources, such as induction, gas, glass ceramic, enamel or in the oven and is dishwasher safe.

Note: Copper is a natural product and will discolour with use, as copper naturally oxidises. To maintain the original colour and shine, we recommend copper polish.
