MODELL Yb - copper frying pan

MODELL Yb is part of our iconic MJÖLNER series. Recognisable by its unique hammered, copper finish together with stainless steel details.

On the inside, MODELL Yb is entirely fitted with brushed stainless steel and this makes the heating speed spread quickly and perfectly. It also features an innovative PFAS-free coating we call Froststick.

Froststick coating - A real gamechanger. A coating that refutes everything you thought about coatings. Free of PFAS and provides a perfect frying surface. This combined with aluminium core as an intermediate layer makes the heating speed spread perfectly evenly. A heat distribution in perfection. Simple and natural cooking.

MODELL Yb can be used for cooking on all heat sources, such as induction, gas, glass ceramic, enamel or in the oven and is dishwasher safe.

Note: Copper is a natural product and will discolour with use, as copper naturally oxidises. To maintain the original colour and shine, we recommend copper polish.
